Every claim is checkable
Competition results, research contribution and ethics training all resolve to evidence. Nothing in a scholar passport rests on the school vouching for it unseen.
Home/For schools
Partner organisations enrol students as a group at 45,000 BDT per scholar. Every claim the programme makes about your students is one you can check yourself.
Why schools run it as a cohort
When a school puts its name behind a student’s profile, it inherits whatever that profile claims. A verified record is the only version of this that is safe to endorse.

02
A cohort view shows where each student stands across the six months — contribution logged, ethics completed, milestones reviewed — before a parent asks.
03
Teams are formed and placed across two to three suitable STEM competitions, with preparation structured rather than left to the students to organise.
04
Students join active projects with a supervisor who verifies their contribution. You are not asked to source projects or supervisors.
05
Research ethics training through PaperSleuthBD-supported protocols is mandatory and completed before any publication-related recognition.
06
Monthly and annual scholar showcases give your cohort a public forum — and give the school something concrete to show prospective families.
How a partnership runs
We agree cohort size, year groups and which competitions suit your students’ calendar and ability range.
Students are enrolled at the partner rate, matched to research projects, and issued scholar IDs.
Six months of competition preparation, supervised contribution, ethics training and milestone reviews, with cohort progress visible to your coordinator.
Scholars present at a showcase, portfolios go public at each student’s discretion, and passports become shareable.
What we ask of a partner
A partner school that presses for guaranteed authorship or a recommendation for every student is asking for the thing that makes the record worthless. We would rather lose the cohort than issue it.
If that position is one your school shares, this will be a straightforward partnership.
A named coordinatorOne person at the school who tracks the cohort and is our point of contact across the six months.
Timetabled space to contributeResearch contribution is weekly work. Students need room for it in the term, not only in holidays.
Acceptance of honest outcomesSome students will finish without authorship or a recommendation. That is the system working.
Straight talk with familiesFees, external costs and what the programme does not guarantee, communicated as we state them here.
